SHIPPING
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been packed and shipped, we will send you a notification with tracking information.
      How long before my item is shipped?
      You will receive notification once your item(s) have shipped, please allow up to 3 business days for fulfilment. Most order are shipped within 2 business days. 
        My item never came, I think it was lost in the mail. What now?
        All lost in mail claims must be submitted to support@mochamakes.com no later than 7 CALENDER DAYS after the estimated delivery date. 
          We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement order if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided is correct. Please keep in mind, if the post office states it was delivered, we will not be responsible for shipping any replacements. 
            My item came damaged, what's next?
            Please contact support@mochamakes.com within 7 CALENDER DAYS after you receive your item to explain and submit your request for a return. You can send photos to speed up yourr equest. If approved, we will send you a return label to ship items at our expense. Once we receive the damaged item, we will review the damages are related to production and/or transit only.  If this is the  case, we will reship replacement items.
              Please note:
              • Items that have been altered, worn or washed cannot be returned.
              • Special order items without damage can not be returned.
              • Inspection of the returned items can take up to 3 business days.
              • If the return label is not used for any reason, you must return the items at your own expense.
              • Shipping fees (if any) are not refunded.
